• 1st Axis: Hydraulic lifting and lowering
• 2nd Axis: Motorized rotation through gear reducer
• 3rd Axis: Optional motorized rotation

The system can be configured with rotation through the center of gravity or fixed-axis rotation and is suitable for workpieces weighing up to 8,000 kg (17,600 lbs).

Application:Ideal for products weighing more than 2 tons, providing full access for assembly, tack welding, and complete welding operations. This solution enhances operator ergonomics while ensuring superior product quality.

Stationary Fixtures

Dedicated fixtures designed for assembly, tack welding, and welding operations of fabricated assemblies. Engineered to ensure dimensional repeatability, operator ergonomics, and final product quality. Development is based on optimizing manufacturing processes, providing proper welding access, and establishing welding sequences according to applicable engineering and product standards, always maintaining process control and traceability.

Application: Dedicated equipment for the assembly and tack welding of the welded feeder assembly closure for harvesters, ensuring repeatability, operator ergonomics, and dimensional accuracy.

Custom Engineered Fixtures

JS Tooling develops custom fixtures and tooling solutions tailored to each product's specific requirements. The equipment design is determined by factors such as component weight, dimensions, weld distortion characteristics, and production volume.

Quality

All equipment is inspected and verified using Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) technology by qualified inspection professionals, ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards and approved engineering drawings.

One of JS Tooling & Engineering's key differentiators is the completion of a full Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and production tryout at our facility before shipment.

During this stage, prototype parts are manufactured, the tooling is fine-tuned and validated, and the equipment undergoes Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) inspection to verify dimensional accuracy and performance.

Each piece of equipment is delivered with a comprehensive dimensional inspection report confirming that the tooling has been manufactured in accordance with the approved engineering drawings and applicable quality standards.

The equipment is released for shipment only after customer approval, ensuring it arrives fully validated, production-ready, and capable of delivering reliable, repeatable performance from day one.
